STRUCTURE

The MCS Corporate Well Being package includes:

Six (6) weekly hour-long group sessions

  • One private coaching session with Michele Davenport (per participant)

  • Weekly mindfulness and meditation sessions

  • Guided discussion on topics including shame, communication, self-care, guilt, self-advocacy, identity, finances, harmony (work/home/social), food & nutrition, movement, and more!
