BE WELL AT WORK
WHAT IS BE WELL AT WORK?
As we continue to adjust to life in this COVID era, many people are finding challenges connecting with themselves and with others and long for ways to stay motivated, both in life and especially in the workplace. Creating an atmosphere of wellness can be done with an email of encouragement in your inbox each morning. These messages are beneficial for every level of an organization and can bring a sense of connectedness and value even in some of the most challenging environments. This experience was created to bring people back together, even if just virtually.
Daily emails with motivational, inspirational, and sometimes humorous messages that promote well-being.
Messages are completely neutral and are not connected to any particular holiday or specialty month awareness. (This can be customized for your organization as desired).
Suggestions for limited physical movement that can be done in a work environment and that boost your energy for the rest of the day.
As an added bonus, participants will have an option to access monthly meditation/well-being group coaching sessions.
